I was sitting in the salon tonight getting a manicure and thinking that it was nearing the end of the day and I still hadn't seen/done anything worth taking a picture of for the blog... About that time, I happened to look out the window and saw a green Ford Taurus attached to the front of my NEW Toyota Venza.  Apparently the woman wasn't paying attention and forgot to hit the brakes when she parked.  She pulled into the parking space and just never stopped.  And... here's the result of her stupidity. I immediately ran out to make sure I got all of her info before she left.  She was nice and very willingly gave me her name, address, ph number, insurance info, etc. But, she was definitely trying to get some sympathy from me by crying and saying she had no idea what she'd do about her car... blah, blah, blah.  I was furious.  I didn't yell (even though I really wanted to), but finally I said "Lady you just smashed into a brand new $35,000 car because you weren't paying attention.  I don't care what happens to your car.  It's cold and I'm going back inside to get a manicure.  If I haven't heard from you by the time I leave work on Monday, I'll call your insurance agent myself."  And I left her standing in the parking lot.
